Open a new chat, explain your goal, and refine the answer with follow-up questions.

Open a new chat

After signing in, choose New chat from the workspace navigation.

If your workspace offers an agent selector, choose an available agent that matches your task. The list of agents depends on your organization's setup.

Ask a question

Write what you want to accomplish in the message composer, then send the message. Give enough context for the agent to understand the task.

For example:

Summarize the notes below for our weekly team update. Use three sections: decisions, open questions, and next steps. If an owner or deadline is missing, say so rather than guessing.

Paste the relevant notes after the request. Replace the example with information you are permitted to use in your workspace.

Refine the answer

Use a follow-up message in the same chat to clarify a requirement or request a revision. Be explicit about what should change and what should stay the same.

  • “Shorten the summary to five bullets.”
  • “Separate confirmed decisions from suggestions.”
  • “Keep the structure, but add the missing context from these notes.”

Review the result

Check important facts, assumptions, and missing information before using the response. If the output does not match your request, explain the difference and ask for a revision.
